Michael has always been fascinated by the self check in kiosks at Fast Airlines; he loved using it. It gave him the ability to choose the kind of seat he liked, was quick and efficient, and most importantly, he felt that the computer was ‘treating’ him fairly. He wonders if this technology can be used for his customers in the hotels he owns across Europe and the US.
