Forum Concept image
The forum will be aimed primarily at those who are in the early/planning stages of a self-service deployment, and will provide engaging and relevant information about both the ‘theory’ and the ‘practical implementation’ of kiosk technology. The programme alternates between topic-focused and application-focused presentations, the contents of which will be illustrated with real-life examples and case studies drawn from a wide variety of vertical markets. Please note that case studies from vertical different from your own do hold a lot of transferable self-service experience and lessons. So every attendee should be interested in all sessions.

The forum will explain the benefits of self-service and will give visitors an initial idea about the structure and schedule of a typical kiosk project, as well as where to find suppliers. A full-day visitor of the forum should receive enough information to be able to make an initial decision as to whether he/she wants to gather more information about self-service solutions, and we are sure that the forum will provide the motivation to do so!
