Fujitsu New Wireless Modules
Distant Friends
Fujitsu Bluetooth modules are available in surface mount or connector joint types, power class 1 or 2, and with or without integrated antenna.
The modules have been designed based on the CSR Blue Core 4 chip. Due to the incorporation of the upper level protocol stacks and serial port profile (SPP) users can control Bluetooth easily via text base commands.
To enable, for instance, a wireless connection of a kiosk with the internet or a local network, Fujitsu provides WLAN modules meeting complete IEEE 802.11 standards. Fujitsu has modules that support IEEE 802.11 a/b/g, 802.11 b/g and also one that supports 802.11 b/g/draft-n.
For the best performance Fujitsu uses the market proven IC’s from Marvel (88W8686), Ralink (RT 3070) and Atheros (AR6002X).
Software and driver support is offered for various operating systems and processors.
Besides Bluetooth and WLAN modules, Fujitsu also offers a combination of WLAN and Bluetooth in one module and GPS modules. These modules are available as surface mount and connector joint type, and can be equipped with an ultra wide band antenna. Fujitsu provides a high level of support, WLAN driver, customisation, antenna integration and assistance on certifications, to make wireless as simple as possible.
Fujitsu Components Europe B.V. will be exhibiting at Kiosk Europe Expo 2010, at stand 3C.26.
