Software Suite for Kiosk Management

The Innovae Clip Editor allows operators to create multimedia-rich clips with complex effects without specialist knowledge. Interactive applications can be created easily and immediately.
The Innovae Clip Manager allows the user to decide when new content should be displayed on the kiosk. This tool is an easy way to manage hierarchical structures of kiosks and can also manage multiple networks with different contents for different clients.
The Innovae Clip Player gathers useful statistics, such as how many users interact with a clip, and other data obtained from the customer interactions. It also controls and logs all relevant information and sends alerts when anything affects the correct working of any HW or SW component.
The Innovae Advertisement Editor has similar functions to the Clip Editor, but is specially designed for the creation and management of advertisements for kiosk networks. It controls where advertisements should be displayed, as well as when and how often. Advertisements can be displayed in two different ways: as a screensaver mode, i.e. only the non-interaction time is dedicated to advertisements, or as a windowed mode where a small region of the interface is reserved for advertisements.
The Innovae Statistics Manager converts interaction data gathered by the Clip Player network into useful statistics, which are then represented graphically for easy interpretation.
The final component in Innovae’s software suite for kiosks is their Network Manager, which monitors the whole system to ensure it remains up and running. Working data and operating states are collected by the Clip Player, and can then be prioritised accordingly.
