Europe's leading provider of library self service systems had historically used a solution based on standard off the shelf kiosks. Following a review of the Intellident product offering the company was looking for a solution which would provide an improved user-experience, was more aesthetically pleasing and was easier to install, support and maintain.
 
Intellident handed Evoke the challenge of developing a solution capable of delivering their vision.
 
Evoke worked with Intellident's management team in developing the specifications for an improved design, adding a completely new insight into what could be achieved by using a kiosk system which was capable of modular installation in addition to a number of other new features.
 
Intellident rolled out the Evoke design at the Library Information Show in 2008, with Evoke delivering a stunning new design together with improved functionality, on time and within budget.
 
Over 300 libraries across Europe now use the system, giving Intellident a stronger competitive advantage in the library self service market.
