Nippon's Low Profile NP-3511 Printer
Looking Good on Paper
The thermal printer is proving popular for self-service applications due to its highly abrasion-resistant thermal head (150km), long lasting cutter (1 million cuts) and wide operating temperature range of -20 to +60C. The cutter is lock-free which reduces printer downtime, and the 200mm diameter paper holder reduces the maintenance cycle. Training time and cost are also reduced thanks to the auto-loading printer head. The low-profile (96.7mm) unit supports paper thicknesses of between 65 to 150 micrometers, making the printer even more adaptable for the kiosk market.
