Computing platform service and solution provider Advantech has just launched its HIT-W121 hospitality/healthcare infotainment terminal.

 
The 43mm slim HIT-W121 combines an 11.6” single-surface touchscreen with a highly compact, VESA mountable form factor, and is powered by an Intel® Atom™ D510 Processor. 

Supporting Windows, Android and Linux operating systems, the medical-grade device works well in healthcare applications as well as commercial environments, where its slim design is perfect for retail shelf displays, banking and RFID-based Smart Card applications.
 
The dual-certified units feature an LED alarm, 2D barcode capability, COM, LAN, Coax and USB ports, as well as Wi-Fi, webcam and external power switch. Appearance and function keys can be customized, and it operates fanlessly.
