Pretty as a Picture

agenos photo kiosk
The latest version of the agenos kiosk system features digital photo enhancement, enabling the user to improve blurred or low-contrast photos and ‘enhance’ their own images. Shadows can be lightened and photos showing winter landscapes can also be given special treatment. Initial tests show that users of this software component are extremely enthusiastic about it, since the kiosk improves on the photos read into and produces ‘excellent’ pictures as a result.

With the agenos kiosk, users can read in photos from memory chips, select the desired pictures via the touch screen, edit them, add a frame, develop calendars, print photos immediately, burn them to a CD (archive CD), store them in a database or send them to a minilab.

The kiosk software has also been further improved, and a variety of languages are now available, including German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. A Turkish version is in preparation.
