GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH’s INFO printer Compact GPT-6773 has been designed to provide the largest possible degree of flexibility for today’s smaller, more compact kiosk terminals. GeBE is offering the standard version of this printer without a paper holder, which creates considerable flexibility regarding the installation. Various types of paper guides are available as an option, and the printer works with paper rolls of up to 300 mm in diameter. It can be controlled through either an RS232 or a USB interface.
 
For horizontal mounting situations, one possible position for the paper roll holder is behind the printer – the thermal paper is secured on an axle from the side and pulled inside the printer mechanism from there. Alternatively, GeBE is offering a paper compartment to be installed underneath the printer. The strong motor easily pulls the freely running paper into the printer mechanism - ideal for vertical mounting applications. The printout is produced at a speed of up to 200 mm/s and can then be issued through an output slot or a discharge chute. The whole unit can be installed on the inside of a control cabinet door, so it can be easily removed when service personal require access.
