Moxa provides serial expansion products for all Windows versions, including Windows 7. The WHQL driver quality make their Multiport Serial Boards, Serial to Ethernet Device Servers and USB to Serial Hubs a good choice for Windows 7.
Moxa also provides a total solution for serial expansion, including Ethernet, PCI, PCIe, PC/104-Plus and USB interfaces. All of the product lines meet Microsoft Windows 7 requirements, including the installation process and the power management capability. Moxa develops their own Windows drivers, which are optimised for industrial automation. Special options, such as high performance mode, fast flush mode and FIFO disable mode, support different customer requirements for serial communication including throughput, latency and response time consideration.
Before WHQL testing, Moxa tests all drivers with the PComm Performance Analyzer for more than 100 hours to enhance driver reliability and confirm reliable driver operation 24/7. Moxa also tests the drivers for all Win32 communications functions such as SetCommState and SetCommTimeouts. All of their latest driver versions can be downloaded from Moxa’s website.
