Swedish Dankse bank
Wincor Nixdorf has been commissioned by Danske Bank to provide Managed Services for the bank’s 200 ATMs in Sweden. The agreement, which has a term of two years and takes effect at the beginning of 2011, covers the complete operation of the self-service solutions plus cash management services. Danske Bank’s goal with this project is to reduce their administration efforts whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

The services covered by the agreement include IT monitoring, helpdesk services, on-site and cash management services, which also includes the optimisation of cash holdings for each ATM and the steering of Cash-in-Transit (CiT) companies. The bank’s ambition is that all of the self-service systems under contract will be replenished by Loomis Sweden, in order to ensure maximum security for the bank’s personnel.

Danske Bank has a wide-ranging network of branches so a simple and uniform administration of all its ATMs was a very important goal. Torbjörn Pettersson, ATM Manager at Danske Bank, explains,"Through the coordination of all maintenance services, we expect that the new agreement will lead to sustained high levels of service for our customers and reduced administration for us."
