Just out at a family restaurant near you, are the new SmartMenus from X2 Computing.
This sleek, attractive ‘at-the-table’ ordering solution is proving a hit in quick service hospitality environments including hotel room service.
Recent trials have shown that wireless ordering solutions such as this will increase service delivery and food and beverage revenues up to whopping 63%.
The new device looks and feels very similar to a regular menu, with detailed pages which can be designed to meet the venue’s house style. Diners place their orders directly from their table without the need for a member of staff to serve them.
