Azkoyen has launched a new product line specially focused on the requirements of the banking and finance, retail and self-service markets.
 
This product line includes their coin validators – Azkoyen claims to be the only company whose full range of DSP validators has successfully been tested under the framework of the European Commission.
 
The T3 coin hopper is one of Azkoyen’s latest product innovations and offers several advantages over the present standards in the market. The T3 has received positive feedback from the market since its presentation in June 2009. The hopper has an increased capacity of 1,550 coins, which is 40% more than the standard hoppers on the market. This also enables optimised space within the kiosk. Depending on the requirements, a dual-bowl hopper T3 with 2,750 coin capacity is available, which eliminates the need for multi-coin hoppers.
 
High levels of security are achieved by the double optical and electromagnetic sensors, which ensure accurate identification and correct counting of coins as they are extracted from the hopper.
 
The multi-coin payout hopper can count and identify two different coin values mixed in the same bowl of single or double capacity. This delivers greater flexibility in terms of machine design and enables deployers to reduce machine volume and costs. The T3 is fully compatible with other hoppers, and further features include an anti-spill consideration, plug and play connectors and an anti-vibration capability.
